Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on swimwear purchases.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges may be accepted for eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached, and remain in their original condition.

Can I exchange bikini bottoms?

For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and swimwear bottoms are not eligible for exchange or return.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review your request and assist you promptly.

Are your fabrics stretchy?

Yes. Our swimwear is designed with premium stretch fabrics that move comfortably with the body while maintaining support and shape.

Are your fabrics sustainable?

Many of our swimwear styles are crafted using recycled materials, including premium Italian fabrics such as Carvico Vita and Eco Crinkle fabrics.

Will the swimwear lose its shape?

Our fabrics are carefully selected for durability, stretch retention, and comfort. Following our care instructions will help preserve the fit and quality of your swimwear.
