Processing & Delivery
We currently ship across India.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary during promotional periods, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
Exchange Policy
At MS Summer, we take great care to ensure every piece meets our quality standards.
To initiate an exchange, please email hello@shopmssummer.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, product name, preferred size, reason for exchange, and clear photographs of the item (front and back), including all tags, hygiene liners, and original packaging. All exchange requests are subject to product inspection and stock availability.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on swimwear purchases.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges may be accepted if:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags remain attached
- Hygiene liners remain intact
- The item is returned in its original condition
Eligible exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
Requests that do not meet these requirements may not be approved.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and swimwear bottoms are not eligible for exchange or return.
Additionally, the following items cannot be exchanged:
- Sale items
- Promotional items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchange requests unless an incorrect or defective item was received.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please email hello@shopmssummer.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
For eligible cancellations approved prior to dispatch, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.
